The villa accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. For insurance purposes, events are not permitted.
A security guard is present at the villa during nighttime hours.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit via bank transfer, with the remaining balance due 2 months prior to the arrival date. Kindly email us your bank transfer details for confirmation.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival are non-refundable.
The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within a maximum of two weeks after your departure.
